Design

We begin with your drawings and/or a discussion of your vision for the project. To help orchestrate the process, we produce prompt estimates on the stone type, dimensions and quantities to be delivered.

A review of your specifications, make suggestions to help realize efficiencies in cost, lead times, transportation, and jobsite management. 

From initial discussions through final delivery, we work collaboratively with you and installation contractors, to understand targeted completion dates. Our goal is to contribute to the success of the project. 

Execute

Our fabrication facility is in Florence Texas. We take your design and assign it one of our drafters. Upon your approval we then place in production.

Internal updates are managed weekly. Shop drawings and production management schedules are reviewed along with our drafting to keep pace with your schedule.

Align

Set the process in motion – sequencing and production schedules meet. Stone on the ground at the jobsite is our goal. Aligning with your schedules can be better served with communications throughout the project.

Internal weekly drafting and production meetings carry through to the success of meeting those goals.

We support the growth and appreciate the continuing education of Masonry.  Contributions to Education and Resource Building, Continental Cut Stone is involved locally and nationally.  As chair of the Industry Development and Education Alliance with the Texas Masonry Council, we provide several opportunities from robust panel discussions to AIA regional office presentations.   

 

Companywide presentations are in-house combined with a fabrication tour or we will come to your office. These presentations include Designing with Limestone from Concept to Delivery and our Natural Stone Institute’s Achieve Green Goals presentation that includes a GBCI credit.  Both presentations are HSW.  Call or sign up below:
